Shipping & Delivery

LuxerWatches will ship free with regular ground shipping for any within Canada Or the USA 48 continental States, with Canada Post or UPS USPS depending on the order and best service available. Every item shipped from our warehouse is fully insured by Canada Post UPS or USPS.  Delivery time via Ground can range from 1 to 6 business days. Note that air and ground shipping times are measured in business days.

Orders outside the 48 continental States or international orders will be charged accordingly and will require  Second Day or Next Day Air service. and there will be an extra charge.

Returns & Replacements

Return Policy


LuxerWatches 60 day return policy: The watch has to be in same brand new condition as received with all the protection plastics watch links tags and booklets. The customer is responsible for the watch till it arrives back at our place. The customer is responsible to pay for return postage. And it is recommended to send it with a tracking number and insurance since it is the customer who is responsible until it arrives back at our store.

Returning Your Watch for a refund

If you would like to return your watch please follow the steps and guidelines below for prompt service and satisfaction.

  • Place your brand new watch with tags along with all accompanying owner’s manuals, certificates of authenticity, and appraisal into the original packaging that you received your watch in. Any items returned without the original watch box and paperwork will not be accepted
  • Watches have to be in brand new condition to qualify for refund, watches that have been altered in any way or are even slightly used scratched or damaged or tags and plastics removed will not be accepted as a return item,
  • we make sure to inspect the quality of every watch we ship however if you received a watch that’s not operating properly notify us via email within the first 48hours of receiving your package for return authorization
  • The return should be packed safely and securely so that no damage will occur to the contents of the package
  • It’s necessary that the watch you return to us has the RMA Return authorization Slip.  To obtain the RMA contact us at 1866-237-8820 or email request to info@luxerwatches.com to obtain the return authorization number and slip, a  return without authorization may be declined
  •  Insure the value of the package that you are returning to LuxerWatches and return with a valid shipping tracking number; this will provide you with information about the location of the returned item at any given time. It may also be a good idea to request that the returning package be signed for upon delivery to LuxerWatches. As we will not be responsible for damaged or lost packages that are sent to us
