We offer full refunds and/or exchanges within the first 60 days of your purchase, if 60 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in the original packaging and include all tags and booklets.

Customer is responsible for the item till it arrives back at our place.

Customer is responsible to pay for return postage, ( except when free returns is available)

We recommended to return the item with a tracking number and insurance since it is the customer who is responsible until it arrives back at our store.
Exchanging or Refund Returning Your Item

Place your brand new item with tags along with all accompanying owner’s manuals, certificates of authenticity, and appraisal into the original packaging that you received your watch in. Any items returned without the original paperwork will not be accepted

Items that have been altered, used in any way or that are damaged after delivery to you will not be accepted.

Make sure that the order is sealed safely and securely so that no damage will occur to the contents of the package during transit.

We do suggest shipping back your return with a tracking number/insurance supplied by your shipper. We cannot process returns for items we don't receive.
