LuxerWatches 60 day return policy: The watch has to be in same brand new condition as received with all links tags booklets. The customer is responsible for the watch till it arrives back at our place. The customer is responsible to pay for return postage. And it is recommended to send it with a tracking number and insurance since it is the customer who is responsible until it arrives back at our store.
Exchanging or Refund Returning Your Watch
If there is a problem with your watch or if you want to change it, follow the guidelines below for prompt service and satisfaction.
Place your brand new watch with tags along with all accompanying owner’s manuals, certificates of authenticity, and appraisal into the original packaging that you received your watch in. Any items returned without the original paperwork will not be accepted
Be sure to include the invoice with notation of the reason that you are returning your order. Watches that have been altered used in any way or that are damaged after delivery to you will not be accepted as a return item
Make sure that the order is sealed safely and securely so that no damage will occur to the contents of the package
It’s important that the watch you return to us have a tracking number. Insure the package that you are returning to Luxer Watches so that you will receive a tracking number; this will provide you with information about the location of the returned item at any given time. It may also be a good idea to request that the returning package be signed for upon delivery to LuxerWatches. We will not be responsible for damaged or lost packages that are sent to us
