Many of our competitors add charges to their International orders but we are transparent with all of our shipping fees and charges. International orders are subject to Customs, Duty, and Tax regulations applicable in your designated country and will be the responsibility of you, the customer, to handle. Be sure to contact your local Customs Office for the details that cover your purchase from us. We ship all APO/FPO addressed packages by USPS. You can expect your International order to take up to 10 Days for delivery. In order to calculate the shipping rate for your order, please make reference to the shipping chart designed for your convenience below. Oversized or high value orders may require additional shipping charges.
Once you have selected your watch, ordered and paid for it, you will receive an email communication from LuxerWatches verifying that your order has been received. Your watch will ship within the next 12-48 hours after which you will receive a shipping tracking number. Tracking information is available online at LuxerWatches Track Order or with your tracking at Canada Post, UPS, or USPS. Enter your tracking number in the appropriate space then follow the online instructions to locate your order and view the estimated time for delivery.
Once your order arrives please check the contents to make sure that your order is correct and that the order is just as you expected it to be. It’s always important to keep all documentation and packaging that comes with your order until you are completely satisfied with your order and have no plans to return it.
